Có gì mới
Trước đây, một artifact dashboard Claude build ra là tĩnh — dữ liệu đóng cứng tại thời điểm generate. Muốn update, bạn phải prompt lại Claude hoặc tạo artifact mới từ đầu. Giai đoạn Q1/2026 có persistent storage (state lưu giữa session, 20MB/artifact) nhưng data vẫn phải nhập thủ công.
Live artifacts thay đổi hoàn toàn pattern này: artifact giờ re-fetch data từ nguồn mỗi khi mở. Một sales pipeline tracker build một lần, mỗi sáng mở lên sẽ thấy deal stage + revenue forecast cập nhật từ HubSpot. Một ops dashboard tổng hợp Jira + GitHub + Slack mở ra là thấy backlog sprint hiện tại. Không còn rebuild, không còn copy-paste.
Tại sao đáng chú ý
Đây là lần đầu một chat-based AI tool cho phép end user tạo internal tools có live data mà không viết code, không deploy, không quản lý API key. Những gì trước đây cần Retool, Metabase, hay một engineer build internal dashboard — giờ một analyst hoặc PM có thể tự làm qua prompt.
Góc nhìn thị trường: Anthropic đang leo lên stack. Cowork không còn là "chatbot thông minh" mà là thay thế light BI tools và no-code dashboard builders. So với đối thủ: ChatGPT Canvas vẫn là document tĩnh, không có live connectors. Gemini Gems là preset system prompt, không phải stateful artifact. Notion AI có connectors nhưng không tự build dashboard runtime. Anthropic là mainstream player đầu tiên gộp chat + live connector + artifact auto-refresh vào một UX.

Limitations & pricing
- Plans: Pro ($17+), Max ($100–$200), Team ($20/seat), Enterprise. Free tier không có persistent storage hay MCP connectors.
- Text-only cho storage — chưa hỗ trợ ảnh/binary.
- Không phù hợp regulated workloads: HIPAA, FedRAMP, FSI không nên dùng Cowork.
- Desktop-dependent: máy phải bật để scheduled task chạy; mobile chỉ trigger được.
- MCP auth: user phải tự authenticate từng connector lần đầu.
- Unpublish = mất data: bỏ publish artifact xoá toàn bộ storage vĩnh viễn, không backup tự động.

Anthropic đang định vị Cowork làm hạ tầng làm việc chung (Digital Trends). Roadmap gần: thêm connectors, sandbox cho AI-powered artifacts, RBAC sâu hơn cho shared artifacts, và analytics enterprise. Với tốc độ ship 1 feature/tuần trong tháng 4, khả năng cao Q2/2026 sẽ thấy: binary storage cho artifacts, compliance tiers (HIPAA-ready), và marketplace cho template artifacts do team/vendor build sẵn.
